Everyone who lives in Summerfield must live by the Summerfield Governing Documents which may be found under

In addition, each Association has their own bylaws which pertain to them only.
Insurance Information
Owners are responsible for purchasing insurance for their property contents and liability below the deductible amounts. HOA # 2 deductible amount is $10,000 for general loss and $5,000 for earthquake damage.
