Insurance Information
Owners are responsible for purchasing liability insurance and for insurance covering the contents of their units.
Our Summerfield Townhouse Service Association (Beta) Summerfield HOA #2 is insured by ABI Insurance, an ISU Network Agency. Our agent is Vern Newcomb, 503-292-1580.
