We are a homeowner’s association of 60 attached homes bordered on the south by Summerfield Drive and on the north by the 7th hole of the golf course. Our homes vary from single to two-story with multiple floorplans (Fontaine, Manchester, Montclair, Monterey, and Winston).

Our six-member board leads monthly resident meetings at the clubhouse, typically held the 2nd Wednesday of the month. The board oversees maintenance and landscape projects throughout the association and budgets money received from homeowners each month to perform these duties.

Reserves are maintained for future roof replacement and unforeseen repairs.
